We offer sealed Pokémon products (cards, boosters, boxes, etc.) and merchandise (figures, accessories, collectibles, etc.). Product images and descriptions are provided to the best of our ability, using high-resolution photos and accurate details.

Refunds and Returns

Cards, Packs, and Boosters: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any sealed card products, including boosters, boxes, or individual cards.
Merchandise: Returns or refunds for non-card merchandise are handled on a case-by-case basis. We ensure product clarity with detailed descriptions and clear images. If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. If your order is canceled and payment was processed, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping

We offer flat-rate or optimized shipping Please allow adequate processing time before shipment. Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside of our control. WE DO NOT REFUND BOOSTERS/BUNDLES/BOXES/CARDS or any related items that could be returned tampered with. We build stock on items from trusted retailers, and sell them here. We do this so we can rip OUR packs NOT YOURS.

Website Availability and Errors

We strive to keep our website accurate and accessible, but we do not guarantee the site will always be available or free from errors. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our site or products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of any product bought through our site.

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately when posted on the site.

Return and Refund Policy

At PokeMonsterUSA, we take pride in providing high-quality products with detailed listings and high-resolution images so you can shop with confidence. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to the collectible nature of certain products, and our commitment to selling items ONLY from trusted retailers, we do not accept returns on the following items under any circumstances:

Booster packs
Booster boxes
Bundles
Individual trading cards
Any sealed products that could be tampered with
All sales on these items are final

Eligible Returns (Merchandise Only)

Returns for other merchandise (e.g., figures, accessories, apparel, collectibles, etc.) are considered on a case-by-case basis. We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions and clear, high-resolution images to avoid surprises.

To be considered for return:

You must contact us within 2 days of receiving the item.
The item must be in unused, unopened, and original condition. If merch is removed from the box a $5.00 restock fee is applied.
The reason for return must be due to one of the following:
- Damaged item upon arrival
- Incorrect item received

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please email us at returns@pokemonsterusa.com with the following:

Your full name and order number, your phone number as well if you like
A description of the issue
Our team will respond within 2 business days to let you know if your return request has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error. A re-stock fee still applies if an incorrect item is removed from packaging. We will gladly exchange/return merch that is still in original packaging, shipping costs not reimbursed unless it was our error.
